     Our shuttle rates include passengers transfer and also their luggage with a maximum of 2 bags per person. If there are more, please let us know, because size car and price will be calculated on request. Bicycle, pet cases and furniture are not considered as "luggage" are not included in our rate grid and must be mentioned. 

Children are free until 7 years old, but for security reasons, parents have to keep them on their knees.

We also ask you to alert us if any passengers need specific attention (example : wheel chair, dumb people, …) in order that we can provide special attention and  meet them in the best conditions.

For arrivals, the waiting time is 30 minutes at the meeting point, after passengers have received their luggage. We consider that the passengers need 30 minutes to receive their luggage and to walk to the meeting point. So, the driver meets customers with in one hour after their flight landing. However, for security reasons or potential strikes of the airport staff, or if luggage should arrive later than 30 minutes….  we strongly recommend  passengers to call us upon arrival to indicate that they are ready, or on the contrary, if they are having some trouble in finding their bags, or the meeting point… The number that we give to you works on all public phones at the airport ( but not from we phones or from Paris locations) : Number 33 (0) 6 61 05 52 57 or 33 (0) 6 69 28 70 48

For departures, the meeting point is in the lobby of the  passengers’ hotel. Usually, we consider that pick-up time should be 3 hours before flight take off (international flight) and between 2h30 & 2 hours for domestic and EEC flight (except  case of special conditions of security decided by flying companies).  Departure transfers should be confirmed by passengers from Paris between 24 or 48 hours before pick-up time in order to check their reservation information and to agree together the exact time of pick-up. We always ask passengers to give us a 15 clear minutes due to road traffic hazards. To confirm their pick-up time passengers may dial : 33 (0) 6 61 05 52 57 or 33 (0) 6 69 28 70 48

At no time,  are we responsible for forgotten luggage or other personal effects. If the driver find a personal effect in vehicule after transport, the cost of recovery is charged on the owner (ex : road transportation or postal delivery...).

Drivers can refuse to transport people in a state of inebriation or for demon demon stating dangerous or  discourteous behavior if it is necessary for the security and peace of the other passengers and vehicle.

In the rare that case  ROYAL MINI CAB. can not realize a transfer or can not send a second vehicle , we contact passengers and we refund them the price difference between cab and our service. We ask them to keep a bill of the taxi service. However, this compensation may  also be the sending of a discount coupon for a next transfer. The choice of the form of  compensation is left to our discretion.

However, ROYAL MINI CAB. is not responsible in case of delay

if there are :

Strikes or political demonstrations leading to traffic delays.

Signifie and road accidents leading to traffic delays.
